Mind Rituals currently offers digital products only (journals, guides, prompts, and downloadable resources).
No physical items are shipped at this time.
Below is our full shipping policy, including future guidelines for when physical products become available.

1. Digital Product Delivery (Current)

All journals, guides, and downloads available through Mind Rituals are digital products.

How You Receive Digital Products

After requesting or purchasing a digital item, you will receive access through:

Direct email delivery

A download link sent to your inbox

Access through your account or order confirmation page (if applicable)

Delivery Time for Digital Products

Most digital items are delivered instantly.
If you do not receive your file within 24 hours, please email us at:

We will resend your download right away.

No Physical Shipping for Digital Files

Digital products do not incur shipping fees or wait times.

2. Pre-Orders for Digital Items (If Applicable)

If you pre-order a digital guide or journal, it will be emailed to you on the release date listed on the product page.

3. Physical Product Shipping (Future Policy)

This section will apply once physical journals or ritual items are launched.

3.1 Shipping Locations

Mind Rituals plans to ship physical items to:

Canada

Mexico

Select international locations (to be announced)

3.2 Processing Time

Processing for physical products is typically:
3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

3.3 Shipping Timeframes

Mexico & Canada: 7–15 business days

International: 10–30 business days

Shipping times may vary based on carrier delays, customs, or holidays.

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout once physical products are available.
Rates depend on weight, package size, and destination.

3.5 Tracking Information

If physical items are offered, all packages will include tracking.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships.

4. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your mailing address is correct before placing an order for future physical items.
Mind Rituals is not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Lost or returned packages due to address errors

Delays caused by carriers or customs

If an issue occurs, contact us and we will assist as much as possible.

5. Damaged or Lost Physical Items (Future)

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the damage (if applicable)

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Digital items cannot be “cancelled” after delivery because access is instant.
For future physical goods, order changes may be possible within the first 24 hours after purchase.
